I think it is safe to say that by now everyone in Spain, and maybe even around the world, knows about the state of emergency caused by the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak. This means that most places which are open to the public have to close. However, if you need a translation, sworn or otherwise, do not fret! CBLingua remains open for business. However, the process by which you can get your translation has changed somewhat and this is what I would like to talk to you about today.
It is true that most CBLingua offices have shut their doors to the public
The only exceptions being the Madrid office which is still open as per usual and the Barcelona office which is also open, but only from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.), but that does not mean that we aren’t still working hard behind the scenes.
If you need a translation you can now just send it to us via email (info@cblingua.com) or by completing the online request form. We will quickly send you a quotation specially tailored to your needs. After the translation has been done, we will send it to you by email.
But what about sworn translations?
I hear you say. It is true that only the physical copy of sworn or certified translations can be considered to be official, but do not worry, we have a solution. We can ship your translation out to you by messenger service or post. So you can be assured that we have your translation needs covered.
Also, during this time, we have decided to apply a special discount to all our translation services. We know that this is a difficult time for all of us and that we need to get through it together. This way we can support those of you who may need a translation, but find themselves in a precarious situation. We need to support each other as best as we can during this period and this is our small contribution to try and make this time less challenging. We will get through it together.
